For all of our activities and groups that we run at The Rock, we require a consent form for each young person, so that we are aware of all the info about young people in order to keep them safe and well as possible. We tend to refresh these every academic year to make sure we have up to date information.

Our evening sessions have now moved to an online system called My Clubhouse. This enables up to date consent info to be kept, the signing up of groups and us to be able to provide information to groups. It also enables us to keep registers of each group.
